Group practice for all Ngöndro & Werma practitioners, which will be structured to count as group practice days, or you can come for any session.

Daily schedule
9:00 – 12:00 : Opening Chants, Practice Session I
Alternative 9:00 – 11:15 : Opening Chants, Practice Session I
11:15 – 12:00 : Study and Stroke practice period
12:00 – 1:15 : Silent Lunch
1:15 – 3:30 : Practice Session II, Protector Chants
3:30 – 4:00 : Tea
4:00 – 5:30 : Talk, Discussion, Study; Closing Chants
