Our Location

We’re located right at the corner of Tower Road and Victoria Road in Halifax’s south end. Halifax Transit bus routes stop at the corner of South Park and Victoria, a 1-minute walk away, and also bug route 7 stops at South and Tower Rd, a 3-minute walk away.

Open Meditation and Program Times

Introduction to Meditation – 1st Sunday of the month, 10-12noon

Open Meditation – Sundays, 9-12noon

First Sunday Sitting – 1st Sunday of the month, 9am-4pm

Open House – monthly, see calendar!

Meditation, classes, and retreats take place at various days & times.

Please refer to our monthly calendar for schedule information.


Note: If you have an appointment or event to attend, even within typical office hours, you may find the front door locked. If this happens, please use the door bell and someone will come to let you in.

NEWS:

  • We are offering in-person gatherings and programming.  Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Many recurring events and classes are still held online via zoom.
