Come celebrate the season of bounty at the Shambhala centre! All events are open to the public.

This time of year is connected with the energy of nourishing, supporting, and enriching. It is a time to contemplate what nourishes us personally and as a community. Balancing home, work, social, and spiritual lives can be very demanding, so we can take some time to examine and re-seed our relationships with generosity and abundance which strengthens and sustains us throughout the year.

We will be practicing the Shambhala Sadhana together, which is a unique opportunity for those who have not yet received this practice. It is a wonderful way to connect to the heart of Shambhala and the wish to benefit all beings..

The schedule for Saturday, Sept. 22 is as follows:

11:00 a.m.  Shambhala Sadhana; open to all.

12:00 p.m.  Potluck lunch; everyone is invited to bring a dish.

1:30 p.m.  A retirement ceremony for Tom Bell’s and his post of Shastri

A celebratory ceremony acknowledging new members

2:00 p.m.   new “Shambhala-style” auction fundraiser, where everyone has an equal chance to win an item.
