RESCHEDULED – Harvest Festival  / Farewell Celebration for HSC Director

*New dates* Saturday, Nov. 5 from 2 to 5 pm

Harvest Festival & Farewell Party for Director Meg Vigerstad
Saturday, November 5, 2-5

You are warmly invited to our celebration of the Harvest of Peace and Farewell to Director Meg Vigerstad, which was postponed after Hurricane Fiona last month.
  • We will start with Ron Renz’s slideshow of vivid photos from his recent trip to a Kalachakra empowerment in Mongolia.
  • We will then have a Lhasang and Tonglen practice together before a farewell celebration for Director Meg Vigerstad, who retired on September 23.
  • Our aspiration for this time is to rouse a spirit of generosity, compassion and peace – for ourselves, for others, for society, and for the earth.
  • After this, there will be a reception with baked goodies in our Community Space, plus a sale of used but desirable books and practice materials, music, door prize, and so forth.
Thank you to our friends, supporters, staff, volunteers and community. Your generosity, hard work, wisdom and care have made it possible for this Centre to thrive and continue to provide opportunities for many people to study and practice together and virtually.

We hope to see you here!

With warmth and appreciation,

HSC Staff –

Shari Vogler, Interim Manager
Aimee Silver, Finance & Administration
Liza Matthews, P&E Coordinator
Sam Howard, Building Manager
