Open Meditation
Learn to Meditate
All are welcome, whether experienced or new to meditation, and warmly encouraged to attend our public meditations. Each public meditation is led by a time-keeper and is free, open to all.
This is an opportunity to receive meditation instruction, participate in discussions, and to meet others interested in meditation. Meditation instruction is available, as indicated below.
Sunday morning meditation
includes mindfulness-awareness meditation, alternating with brief periods of walking meditation. You may participate in all or part of that.
Room location for meditation practice – may change depending on availability at the time. Please check for room location, when you arrive at the centre.
Weather conditions & closures – our centre follows the HRM School Closure Policy, based on weather conditions. If they are closed – we are closed.
