Introduction to Meditation

    You are invited to attend an in-person group introduction to the techniques for mindfulness-awareness or "peaceful abiding" meditation practice. Your instructor will give you detailed meditation instruction followed by practice and discussion. There is no charge for this instruction.

    This program is ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their meditation technique. This program is in-person only.
