Practice in the Time of Pandemic

You are invited to join the practices recommended by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche for the time of the pandemic. These sessions are open to all practitioners, there are no prerequisites. The emphasis is on making supplication, enacting compassionate activity, and invoking protection from harm. The practice will begin with a brief period of sitting meditation and will follow a series of chanted liturgies. We will do mantra repetitions devoted to the Medicine Buddha and Green Tara. We will conclude with a protector chant, supplication, and the dedication of merit for the practice.
The liturgies will be shared via the Zoom screen for those that do not have their own copies.  Duration will be approximately 30 minutes.

    The session will include:
Proclamation of Goodness, Supplication to Shambhala Lineage
, Sitting meditation, 7-line Supplication to Padmasambhava, Condensed Supplication to Tara (Green Tara), Medicine Buddha Mantra repetition, The Abbreviated Offering to Gesar, Supplication for the Longevity of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Buddhist & Shambhala Dedication of Merit
