Come celebrate the coming New Year on a Basically Good note. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is welcome to invite friends and family!

The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice to celebrate basic goodness. We practice this sadhana as a way to strengthen our community and our understanding of the fundemental teachings of Shambhala . This is an opportunity for all levels of practitioners to practice together.

Let's greet the new year in meditation, playfulness, and open heartedness!  Traditionally, short offerings of poetry, music, dance, etc. during the feast are very much encouraged.

Please bring

  • a potluck dish to share if you can, beverages will be provided
  • your text and feast kit if you have one
  • your own dishes to make clean up easy
  • $5 with food or $10 without

Please come early if you can to help set up, and plan to stay at the end to help clean up, which will be quick because we'll all work together.
