Easy Tai Chi/Chi Gong - for Beginners and Beyond


a 6-week course - beginning on  Thursday Oct. 12th - noon to 1: 15pm

 $5 donation suggested for each session


Benefits everyday life: yoga, tennis, gardening, walking or sitting meditation practice with less pain and greater ease.

This is not structured Tai Chi, learning the108 moves. These gentle and non-strenuous movements are free-form and east to follow – simple and enjoyable yet can have profound health benefits. 


Although Tai Chi was an ancient moving meditation with various applications, it is practiced widely today, in various ways, by people who want an effective way to slow down, focus the mind , and nurture a healthy body.  

Combined with energy-enhancing Chi Gong warm ups, these exercises are good for the joints and greater flexibility, balance, coordination and vitality. 



This is open to people of all ages. 




Charles Blackhall


More than forty years of practice and study have made Charles an inspired teacher of Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Gong. 

He is known for his humour and gentle approach and developing these simple, flowing Tai Chi movements so practitioners can learn them quickly and integrate them easily into everyday life.
