Learning to Make a Fresh Start: Waking up In Daily Life

Each moment offers the possibility of a fresh start. In fact, when we can let go of wanting things to be another way, each moment is a fresh start. This is so much easier to say than to do. Through the practice of mindfulness meditation and mindfulness in daily life, we can shift our allegiance from the struggle of wanting there to be another now and come home to the NOW that is actually happening. We can be fully present in our daily life with a sense of wonder, connection and delight.

This workshop will include guided meditation, teaching and group discussion. Together we will explore how to awaken to our lives and world.

Learn to Live Mindfully is a new series of workshops that offer practical teachings and meditation techniques to help us grow into more mindful and compassionate human beings. Workshop curriculum is based on our popular “Everyday Life” classes. Each workshop includes guided meditation, teaching, and group discussion. Together, we’ll explore how to awaken to our lives and world.
