 Transformative Mediation

In Room(s): Snow Lion Room In our formal and informal roles within the Shambhala community we can encounter conflict and may be asked to assist people who are experiencing conflict. During this gathering, Basia Solarz, a Certified Transformative Mediator™ and conflict coach, will share the transformative framework with us. We'll discuss what conflict is, how it affects us, and what we might do to support others in having productive conversations.
Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend. This evening may be of particular interest to individuals involved with community Health and Well-being in formal roles, such as a Meditation Instructor, Dekyong, Dorje Kasung, or in the Office of Social Health and Well-Being.
